When the ink is gone rinse your carpet with a warm water vinegar solution to prevent damage from the alcohol.

You can combine rubbing alcohol and a bowl of lukewarm water to remove permanent ink stain on the carpet.
Apply enough to cover the stain and allow it to soak down about half an inch.
First thing first dampen the ink stain with rubbing alcohol.
To remove ink from carpet wet a clean cloth with rubbing alcohol and gently blot the stain.
It will bring the particles of ink up.
Once the area is stain free dab the area with a towel dipped in lukewarm water.
Then rinse it with plain water.
Vacuum first holding the nozzle above the stain.
Then lightly blot the stain using a white cloth.
Once the alcohol has soaked for a minute take a clean rag and begin blotting more ink from the stain.
Pour some carpet cleaning liquid or any strong stain remover only make sure they have a foaming action.
Repeat the process until the stain is transferred to the towel.
Once you begin to lightly blot the ink stain from the carpet you should start to see the color transfer onto the towel.
The alcohol will penetrate the stain but it can also go deeper and harm the padding under the carpet if you are not careful.
Blot everything and repeat the procedure again.
Touching the fiber might further grind in the ink then apply a spot remover or carpet cleaner with foaming action to lift up.
Repeat this process a few times.
